Speed of service was great! Getting my listing on Realtors.ca was important to get the exposure I needed to show my property to buyers and their agents. I wanted to get my listing up asap. I inquired at a number of for sale by owner sites - what I found was in the same amount of time it would have taken for someone at the other FSBO sites to just assign a coordinator to my file, listmeknow came to my property, measured it out, took photos and posted my listing live on MLS! As a direct result of that speedy service, I was able to showcase my listing at least one weekend ahead of what the other sites provided - very important when you are trying to catch a sales window. I opted for the VIP GTA service and it was totally worth the extra money. The Times Realty Group immediately increased my chances of selling my home by getting me a ton of exposure on the market, not only to people who were looking to buy a house but those that could afford it. If you have the physical and emotional time and restraint to take care of business, to price your home in the right market, place and time then all that is really necessary for a seller is a Mere posting and this company performs this well. The customer service team keeps you on top of things. Simply get your own photographer who does 360s and get a sign for outside your property in a visible location. Actually the buyer's realtor seems to understand how things are changing in real estate, that they no longer have to fear FSB, they're going to get their cut as the buyer's agent. It's a significant savings quite rewarding and like I said if you are in the right Market at the right time with the right product you are going to sell it quick. Everyone looks at the MLS.

The website, listing info, pictures etc were very good. We didn't need access to much in the way of forms - out here most every buyer shows up with an agent so the buyers agent brings the forms...but if a buyer showed up without an agent, we'd have suggested the buyer's lawyer draw up the offer - Real estate lawyers all have the proper forms and they're going to have to review it anyway....other than that, I'd use your service again

I was very happy with the exposure I recieved on Realtor.ca. It generated good traffic to my propertyguys listing page a serious calls from buyers. The realtor.ca integration with the jump page worked very well. The only criticism I can think off is the initial documentation requirements was a little overwhelming and it would be nice to not be required to submit so much paperwork. Overall very satisfied. I'm so glad that MLS is now available to FSBO clients. The first time I sold my property FSBO, I did not have access to MLS, and it took a little longer than originally anticipated to sell. This time, I sold in less than 2 weeks and I believe part of it was due to having the listing on MLS. I would encourage others to purchase Flat-Fee MLS listing. The only concern I have with flat fee listings, is the intermediate page that comes up between when you click on the mls listing and when you get to the actual property website. Other than that I was quite happy with the service.
